life updates

*sobs* Right so I’d literally nearly ginished formatting the Blogoween content post, for tomorrow…then WordPress manages to delete it and according to WordPress it doesn’t hany past revisions of it. Yeah…I’ve been screaming internally for a good half hour. Cause I’ve now got to reformat it all, luckily I’d written it offline. Still I’m not a happy dragon.

Moving past the disaster that happened, I go back to college tomorrow. So erm…Ill do my best to format it AGAIN to go up tomorrow. But like, no promises xD

I’m planning on scheduling some tweets though, cause organisation is NOT my middle name phahaha. I also did the blogoween graphics, which is something at least. You can expect a lot of shrieking about Blogoween on my twitter, along with me sharing some links to oldish posts of mine hehe.

If you’re interested in joining us for Blogoween, check out the sign up post, which has the basic info you’ll need. You guys have no idea how much work I and Sam, along with the other hosts have put into this. Even if you’re not taking part, maybe because you’ve already planned out October, it would mean a lot to us if you could help spread the word. Whether that’s through writing your own sing up post, linking back to the original, tweeting out the link t it. Just…anything is appreciated.

  3. Aw, I’m sorry to hear about losing your post. Damm WordPress. It’s happened to me before. I really want to do Blogoween. However, you may not have noticed I’m not a very committed blogger. I suck at it among other things. I have wanted to do something for Halloween though. So far, Fraterfest readathon is all I’ve planned for this year. I know you must be busy, but if you don’t mind, can you explain more about it? Thanks. Appreciate it.

    • Yeah it totally sucked :/ still gotta format it again…I’ll see if I can get it up tonight.

Aaaah not at all, I don’t mind explaining about Blogoween. Hmmm if you struggle being committed then I suggest, when I format the post again and get it up, you read it to get more ideas in terms of content for Blogoween.

But basically, you pick a level and stick to it unless you go for level 3, find it too much you are allowed to level down to level 1.

If you’re struggling with posting regularly, then I’d say go with level 1, you can post on whichever 13 days you like. PLUS when I get this post up, you’ll see all the hosts prompts, and you can start planning ahead.

Equally, if non of the prompts appeal, feel free to do your own. But you can’t do anything similar to the hosts prompts, mainly cause they’re our prompts *chuckles*

Hmmmm I think that’s it? If you’ve got specific questions, feel free to leave them below 🙂

  4. Thanks so much for the Flapping Pages shoutout, Clo!!! I have been in AWE of the response so far and I am so excited to see this program grow!

Good luck with college, darling! You are totally an inspiration for getting so much of your blogwork done in advance and all the work you do. xoxo

    • No worries! Awww I’m glad ppl are responding! ❤

Aha thank youuuu, college went alright (I forgot to reply to you on discord when you mentioned me asking me how it was going) it's been…long but also nice. Pffft me and inspiration, I think not *chuckles* I struggle so much sometimes, mainly cause my reading ends up taking the backburner. I'm terrible at juggling still…I have plans to consume books soon ❤

  5. Awww Clo this happened to me once too. SO frustrating! WordPress is such a hot mess sometimes. Best of luck getting all of this done ❤ I am hoping to start drafting up my Blogoween posts too but I am still so sick and tired I don't know when I will get around to it XD
