Just Wanted to Say…

Wow…ok so you may or may not know that usually Tuesdays I post a Writers Den post but as I was trying to write todays post I realised something…I need time to actually write them properly. I want to write them so they actually help you as writers, so they make sense and you can understand them, learn from them.

As well as that they along with my Bookworms Explained Posts take the longest to write, and often are the most draining to write. Particularly the Writers Den ones.

For that reason Writers Den will be replaced with a book tag if I feel like doing it. I think May is a month where I want to focus on my reading again and catching up. But I’m prone to doing writing before reading and so…if I remove one of the heaviest series for a month it’ll be less pressure on me.

They will hopefully resume in June though, but just check my Weekly Wrap Ups for info on that and other great stuff. I’d also like to say thank you, to everyone who comments, likes my posts, follows my blog and my twitter. Below are a few bloggers I’d like to thank and I’m giving you all virtual hugs because you’re all great. And chatting with you all, brightens my day.

Evelina @ Avalinahs Books

Vee @ My Reading List

Sophia @ Bookwyrming Thoughts

JJ @ This Dark Material

Go give these lovely people some love and also whilst I may have started blogging as a way to word dump the bookish thoughts and not so bookish thoughts out of my mind. I don’t think I’d have taken that leap if I hadn’t stumbled across Cait @ Paper Fury ‘s blog. Finding a blog which made me laugh and had excellent wit and sarcasm made me realise, that you didn’t just have to post book reviews.

Also in case you haven’t heard Cait has her debut coming out in 36 days?

Something like that and you should totally preorder it. No I haven’t read it. But the covers pretty and I’m sure the story will destroy us too, so it’s fine.

Thank you for reading lovelies, hope you have a great day!

  1. Aw, thank you so much for including me Clo ♥ You really are one of the sweetest folks I’ve met since I started blogging! 🙂 And I think it’s perfectly alright to shift your focus from time to time. You already write so much great content on here, your TBR deserves as much love as you want to give it! I know one of your goals for the month was catching up on your GR challenge a little bit, so good luck!

    1. Awww no worries JJ ❤ I always love seeing you pop up in my comments and about on twitter – I've also decided to postpone bookworms explained till June too but I'll recap on it all in the wrap up.

It was starting to stress me out – and I mean we don't need to stress ourselves out we have other people willing to do that for us.

Thank you! I'm going to befriend my TBR and if I fail this month at catching up I'm bribing the TBR and myself xD solid plan x

  2. Aw girl, thank you 🙂 I love hanging out with you! I am sorry I am not replying about our joint post xD I just got so jaded with those guest posts for the last three months I can barely bring myself to think of writing them. But eventually I will get over that 😀
And we all appreciate Cait’s blog so much! I just got her ARC, so excited to start 😀

    1. Eeeek I can’t wait for her book to come out, I’m buying it and then gonna debate on whether to read it or not xD

It’s totally fine, I get that, we’ve got the rest of the year to work on doing a joint post! Well at least we both love hanging out with each other 🙂
