Social Media ~ Book Tag

Another tag! I know check me, fun fact, I cheat and just write tons of tags all at once, saves me time that way. Anyway HERE is where I found this tag, enjoy guys.

Twitter: Your Favourite Short Book (under 200 pages)

*stares at you blankly* My average book is over 300 pages! UNDER 200!? *scrambles for bookcase* I kid you not the shortest I had was 251 pages, so sorry for that but it was Butterfly Summer by Anne-Marie Conway. It was an alright book from what I remember…which isn’t a lot to be honest.

Facebook: A book that everyone pressured               you to read

Oh I’m not sure for this one haha, I tend to just read whatever I feel like, its why I have a huge mix of well known YA and underrated YA, I don’t really go off of what’s current unless it really does look good. Harry Potter probably, but I haven’t read it still nor do I intend to. So yeah…take your pressure elsewhere I’m a Slytherclaw ok.

Tumblr: A book you read before it was cool

Throne of Glass by Sarah J Maas. Yeah you read that right, I read that little guy waaaaay back before it had even become widely known, before all the hype before everything. I just checked and the BookTube community seemed to all read it in early 2014. I found it in my schools library when I first joined secondary school, so that’s September 2012 when I joined I probably found it Sept or August and it had been published August that year. So you know one of the few proud moments I have, cause now look at the series haha.

MySpace: A book that you liked when you were younger but probably wouldn’t like now

Instagram: A book that has the most beautiful cover in existence

I have two answers for this, firstly the Raven Cycle by Maggie Stiefvater, the spines are to die for! Love those spines (I have the paperbacks btw) my other answer is Lyrebird by Cecelia Ahern because of its shiny gold spine (yes I’m a magpie) and also the cover is really pretty.

YouTube: A book that you wish would be made into a movie

I think the whole community of readers would be down if they actually made the movie 6-7 hours long but it was EXACTLY the book just translated into a movie. Now that, I think would be awesome for several books for instance Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom. Otherwise how about now? I’m already nervously anticipating The Darkest Minds being a film, cause like Liam and Ruby haha.

Goodreads: A book that you would recommend to anyone and everyone

Depends on the person, and what they like reading.

If you enjoyed this tag, feel free to complete the tag, make sure to link back to this one so I can come snoop and see what your answers are. Also check out the Book Tags page HERE for a compilation of all Book Tags I’ve ever done.
